And June swear that she will make the murderer repay what he has done.

Review :
Like most dystopian, this book has an interesting plot. It’s hard to predict what will happen next. Since the first time read Legend, I always have a questions that make me want to keep reading the book. Like why Day, a talented and skilled boy could turned into a street criminal.  And everytime you think you have found all the answers, there are always more questions popping up. Until the end book, there are some questions that haven’t been answered, making the waiting worse.

Besides the storyline, the writing is also great. Written in two point of view, Day’s and June’s, making it easy to understand and relate to both of the characters. The author, Marie Lu is also described the story with light language, so I think it’s easy to understand.

It’s almost impossible for me to choose between Day and June. To be honest, both of them have almost the same characters. Rebelious, caring, agile. But I think I prefer June to Day. Because I think June is more modest and caring, like in multiple times where she think that her live is way too luxurious compared to them who lived on the poor sectors.

Talking about the characters, I love the way the author described the characters. She doesn’t actually say it, but we can actually see it from the way they behave. For example, my favorite character, June. She’s not just described as strong and clever. She actually show her power and intellegence on the book. I love it, because I’ve read some book that the way the characters described are different than the way they behave.

As for the relationship between Day and June. At first, I think it happened too fast. But closer to the end of the book, I found them are one of the sweetest couple. And I’m looking forward for their relationship to grow deeper on their next adventure!

Well, that’s it. I guess this one is one of the best dystopian I’ve ever read. And yes, I do recommended the book eventhought it’s been released for quite a long time :D

“Each day means a new twenty-four hours. Each day means everything's possible again. You live in the moment, you die in the moment, you take it all one day at a time."- Daniel Altan "Day" Wing

" It's strange being here with you. I hardly know you. But... sometime it feels like we're the same person born into two different worlds" - June Iparis

I've never read this before but I believe that it must be an epic dystopian novel :)
